Satyajit Damekar’s Remarkable Achievement at Entreprethon 2025

Satyajit Chandrakantrao Damekar, a second-year B.Tech Civil Engineering student at Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology (SGGSIE&T), Vishnupuri, Nanded, has achieved remarkable success in the prestigious Entreprethon 2025 entrepreneurship development competition, organized on March 27, 2025, by the Innovation, Incubation & Linkage Department and the School of Commerce & Management Sciences, under the auspices of Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University (SRTMU), Nanded, the competition was open to undergraduate and postgraduate participants across the region.

Satyajit Damekar secured First Prize in the Undergraduate Category, proudly representing SGGSIE&T. He presented an innovative startup model titled "Nandigram Arogya Yatra (NAYA)", aimed at developing Nanded as a national and international medical tourism hub. His unique and impactful ideas received high praise from the judges.

In recognition of his innovation and presentation, Satyajit was awarded a cash prize of ₹3,000 and has also become eligible for ₹1 lakh in startup funding.
