Dear Students,

Students who wish to appear for Summer Term Examination for the academic year 2024-25 are informed to submit the examination form in prescribed format (attached herewith) in-person in the exam section between 20th May 2025 to 24th May 2025. The summer term examination will commence from 16th June 2025.

Note:

1. This summer examination is for Backlog courses of all UG and PG students.
2. Students can register for theory courses only (no limit on number of theory courses) for those he/she had registered during the academic year 2024-25.
   3. Students are not permitted to apply for the detained course/s during Sem-2 of A.Y. 2024-25.
3. Application Form will be available on our institute website, and also attached to this mail. 
4. Summer Exam Fees - Rs. 250/- per course, no fees for Person With Disability (PwD). 
5. The fees must be paid online (SBI collect) and the form should be submitted along with the e-receipt of payment to the examination section.  
   7. Fill the form and submit in person along with payment receipt at Examination Section 20/05/2025 to 24/05/2025. 
6. Application Form will not be accepted after 24/05/2025 in any condition.
7. Application Form will not be accepted through on-line mode in any circumstances.
