The Summer Term Examination for UG and PG students is scheduled to begin from 8th June 2026, as per the academic calendar of semester II of A.Y. 2025-26.

Punishment rules for Malpractices in Examination<<Click Here>>
All the students should carefully note the timetable and strictly follow the examination rules as given below:
1. Students should reach the examination hall 20 minutes before the scheduled time of the examination.
2. Students should be in the Institute Uniform (dress code) during all examination schedules.
3. Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, laptops, tablets, wireless headphones, or Bluetooth devices, or wearable computing such as AI-operated smart glasses are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.
4. All students must have an Institute ID card and an Admit Card for this Examination.
5. Students should not carry any notes/books/photocopies of any documents during the examination.
6. Any misbehaviour will be dealt with in accordance with the Rules and Regulations (RRs) defined by SGGSIE&T, Vishnupuri, Nanded, and SRTMU, Nanded.
7. College bags and writing pads are not allowed to be carried in the exam hall.
8. The Summer Term Examination will be based on the entire syllabus of the respective course, and will be of 100 marks for a duration of 03 hours.
Note:
During the examination, if a student(s) engages in any malpractice, he/she will be punished with the Subject Performance Cancellation (SPC) rule as one of the RRs defined by SGGSIET, Nanded. Furthermore, after the malpractice is investigated, more stringent rules defined by SRTMU, Nanded, will be enforced.

All students are advised to verify their names against the courses they have registered for in the summer term examination. The list is displayed on the exam section notice board and is also available on the Institute website.
